Asking rents. The cold rent a listing asks, divided by the living area: what a free flat costs now, not what tenants pay under the contracts they have.
The flats on FlatStrike. The 45 flats to rent that went online in Schöneberg in the last 90 days, those gone again too. 89% of them from Berlin’s state-owned housing companies. Private landlords’ listings on the big portals are not among them.
